We really enjoyed this place - lovely little hotel.

The location was magnificent - short walk to the entertainment venues, many stores, and many stores of souvenirs along the street. We had a brand-new superior queen room with a balcony view, centrallised Ac, for instance. The free parking was on-site, very good service.

It was a lovely place for holiday, had fine time. The breakfast spread was astonishing. The position of the hotel was very fantastic, right next to a nightclub...

The room we booked was beautifully decorated and well-kept, with balcony, centrallised Ac and great ambience of the lobby. It offered us absolutely perfect location near Legian, dining options and all pubs, clubs and restaurants.

Very good breakfast with eggs cooked to order, beans, Asian options and courteous service. All in all particularly good and perfect location, really close to shops, clubs, pubs, restaurants, and the clubs.

During my recent stay at Harper, I was impressed by the friendly and professional staff. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome, and I had a great time chatting with Dewi. The pool area was lovely, with a nice atmosphere and background music. The breakfast selection was good, and I enjoyed starting my day with a delicious meal. The room I stayed in was spacious, and I appreciated having a bath en suite.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as some outdated areas in the hotel and the noise from nearby nightclubs, these did not significantly impact my overall experience. The hotel staff were considerate and tried their best to accommodate guests who preferred a quieter room away from the street noise.
